Every FluffnCo set is made to order, so a quick measurement up front means a perfect fit for both of you. Here's everything you need — how to measure, the charts, and our Fit Promise.
The fit at a glance
Our human hoodies are cut oversized and boxy with a drop shoulder — a relaxed, roomy streetwear fit. Order your usual size, or size down one for a trimmer look.
- Midweight 80% cotton / 20% polyester fleece
- No drawcord — clean, minimal hood
- Ribbed cuffs & hem that hold their shape
How to measure
For you
The reliable method: lay a hoodie you already own and love flat, measure it, and match to the chart — it beats measuring your body.
- Chest width: measure armpit to armpit, flat (single layer) — compare directly to the Chest Width row. No need to double.
- Body length: from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve: from the center back of the neck along the arm to the end of the cuff.
Made to order — allow about 1" (3 cm) of natural variation.
For your dog
Measure your pup standing, with a soft tape — and go by the chest, not their weight.
- Bust / chest: around the widest part, just behind the front legs — match this to the Bust column.
- Back length: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Between sizes? Size up so your dog can move freely — elastic cuffs give a little stretch.

Fit tip: already roomy — order your usual size. Between sizes or prefer it trimmer? Size down one. The Chest Width is the flat, pit-to-pit number, so measure a hoodie you love the same way and compare.

Fit tip: measure the chest, not the weight — two pets the same weight can be different sizes. Broad-chested breeds (Frenchies, Pugs, Boxers) go by the chest measurement; long-bodied breeds (Dachshunds, Corgis) prioritise the bust and a slightly shorter length still looks great. Most adult cats wear M or L.

Because every set is made to order, we can't take size returns — so we do everything we can to get you to the right size the first time, and we stand behind our work:
- Something's wrong on our end? If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or more than 1" off the size chart, we'll remake it free. Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- Ordered the wrong size? We can't return a made-to-order item, but reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll help you reorder at a discount.
