Every FluffnCo piece is made to order, so a quick measurement up front means a better fit the first time. Here's how to measure yourself and the full charts for the Cotton Hoodie, the AOP Hoodie, and the Human T-Shirt, plus kids sizes for the whole family.
The fit at a glance
Neither of our human hoodies is oversized. The Cotton Hoodie has a straight, classic fit and the AOP Hoodie a standard, relaxed fit, so order your usual size in both.
- Cotton Hoodie: 100% cotton, pre-washed, mid-weight, with a drawstring hood and front pocket
- AOP Hoodie: soft, stretchy polyester with an all-over print, black drawstring hood, kangaroo pocket, and elastic cuffs & hem
- Available in S–5XL (Cotton Hoodie & Tee) and S–3XL (AOP Hoodie)

Measure once. Get the fit right.
The easiest way
Lay a hoodie or tee you already own and love flat on a table, measure it, and compare directly to the chart below. This is more reliable than measuring your body, since it accounts for how you actually like clothes to fit.
- Smooth out wrinkles before measuring. A bunched garment reads short.
- Measure the garment you'd reach for on a normal day, not your tightest or baggiest piece.
Made to order: allow about 1" (3 cm) of natural variation.
Measuring on the body
If you'd rather measure yourself directly, use a soft tape and keep it level. A measurement that rides up or sags will throw the reading off.
- Chest: measure all the way round the fullest part of your chest, then compare to the "Chest, all the way round" row. Add a little room for comfort.
- Body length: from the highest point of the shoulder (HPS) straight down to where you want the hem to fall.
- Shoulder width: across your back, from shoulder point to shoulder point.
Callouts & caveats
- Cotton Hoodie: straight fit. A classic, everyday fit. Order your usual size.
- AOP Hoodie: standard, relaxed fit. Soft and stretchy, with elastic cuffs and hem. Order your usual size.
- T-Shirt: true to size. A regular straight fit. Order your usual size, no need to size up or down.
- Kids: size by height. Kids sizes are named by age and height, so check the height row first.
- Flat vs. all the way round: "flat" numbers are measured across the front of the garment laid flat (pit to pit). Double a flat number to get the measurement all the way round.
- Between two sizes? Go by how you want it to fit: smaller size for a closer fit, larger size for more room.
- Made to order: allow about 1" (3 cm) of natural variation on every garment.

Kids sizing
Kids sizes are named by age and height, so size by your child's height first. The hoodie and lounge set use different size names, so the same child may be a different size in each. For centimetres and our quick size finder, see the Kids Size Guide.

Fit tip: figures marked ½ are measured flat, side to side. Double them for the measurement all the way round. The long sleeve top and pants ship together in one matched size and can't be mixed.

Because every piece is made to order, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size selected at checkout. Once it's in production, it's yours.
