Returns & Refunds
Because every set is custom-printed to order, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store — but we always want you (and your pet) to be happy.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives flawed, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it — no problem. Just email Just email hello@fluffnco.fun within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Sizing
Since our items are made to order, we can't accept returns for the wrong size chosen — so please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us first and we'll help you pick.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your request.
We're a small business doing our best to be fair — if something's wrong, reach out and we'll sort it out with you. 🐾
