FluffnCo creates matching pet and owner apparel designed to celebrate the bond between pets and their people. Our collections focus on coordinated hoodies and pet wear that are made to order.

Do you have a physical store?
No, FluffnCo is an online store only.

Where are you based?
We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Where are products made?
All products are fulfilled by our trusted production partners and shipped on demand. As a Canada-based business, we work with international partners. Orders are shipped from our partner facility in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

We work only with factories that meet our standards for quality, safety, and fair working conditions, and we review them regularly to make sure those standards are maintained.

Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most FluffnCo products are made to order after you purchase them, which helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique matching designs.

Will the colors look exactly the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.

Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods available to you will appear at checkout.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow delivery progress.

Who is responsible for duties, customs fees, or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import rules if you’re unsure about possible charges.

Matching Sets FAQ

Are the human and pet hoodies exactly the same?
They’re designed to coordinate as a matching set, but they are not identical garments. The human hoodie and pet hoodie use different hoodie blanks, materials, fits, and sizing because they’re made for different bodies — one human, one tiny CEO.

Will the design match?
Yes. The artwork/theme is made to match across both pieces so you and your pet look coordinated in photos, walks, and cozy moments.

Will the colors be identical?
Colors are selected to coordinate closely, but exact shade matches may vary slightly between the human hoodie and pet hoodie due to different fabrics, suppliers, and printing methods.

Do they ship together?
They may ship separately because the human and pet hoodies are produced through different fulfillment partners. Tracking is sent as each item ships.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Each FluffnCo piece is made to order, so the human hoodie and pet hoodie may follow different production and shipping timelines. Matching bundle items may ship separately because they are produced through different fulfillment partners.

Business days excludes weekends and holidays. Tracking is included and sent as each item ships

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are as follows:

Human Hoodies:
Solid hoodies: US:3-5 business days; Canada 5-8 business days. International: up to 30 business days

All over print hoodies: All countries 7-15 business days.

Pet Hoodies: All countries 7-15 business days

How much is shipping?

  • United States: $6 flat rate per item
  • Canada: $8 flat rate per item
  • Other international locations: starting at $10, with final cost shown at checkout

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders on all matching sets.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, choosing the larger size is usually the safer option. Clear sizing guidance is one of the best ways to reduce confusion and support requests on POD stores.

How do I measure my pet?
Use the size guide on the product page and measure your pet carefully before ordering. If your pet is S-L and fluffy or between sizes, sizing up is often recommended. XL and XXL are generous fits.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all FluffnCo pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color preference.

We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if a replacement is not possible.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and include your order number and photos. We’ll work to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
Please check with neighbours or your local carrier first. If it is still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
