What size does my pet need?

Pet hoodie sizes are based on your pet's chest measurement, not their weight. Measure around the widest part of your pet's chest and match it to our size chart. Sizes run S to XXL and fit both dogs and cats. If between sizes, size up. Broad-chested breeds such as French Bulldogs and Boxers should go one size up from the chart.

How long does shipping take?

Every FluffnCo set is made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Standard graphic sets deliver in 3 to 5 business days to the US and 5 to 8 business days to Canada. Pet hoodies deliver in 7 to 10 business days to US and Canada. All-over print sets ship in 7 to 10 business days to both. Free shipping on every set to US and Canada.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fluffnco.fun and we will make it right.

Do the human and pet hoodies ship together?

The human hoodie and pet hoodie are made by different production partners and will arrive in separate shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each item as it ships. This is completely normal.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes — we ship to both the US and Canada with free shipping on every set. The human hoodie delivers in 5 to 8 business days to Canada and the pet hoodie in 7 to 10 business days. FluffnCo is based in Toronto, Canada.
