Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Delivery

FluffnCo gift cards are digital only. Upon purchase, the gift card code is delivered to the recipient email address provided at checkout. Delivery is instant. FluffnCo is not responsible for cards sent to an incorrectly entered email address.

Expiry

FluffnCo gift cards have no expiry date and will never expire. This is consistent with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, which prohibits expiry dates on gift cards sold to Ontario consumers.

Redemption

Gift cards are redeemable on all products at fluffnco.fun. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering the code in the gift card field.

Partial use & remaining balance

If the purchase total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will be retained on the card and can be applied to future purchases. Balances cannot be consolidated across multiple gift cards in a single transaction.

Discount codes

Gift cards and promotional discount codes cannot be combined in a single transaction. Only one form of discount may be applied per order.

Transferability

Gift cards may be forwarded or gifted to another recipient. FluffnCo is not responsible for cards forwarded or shared in error.

Lost or stolen

FluffnCo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card code like cash — do not share it publicly.

Refunds & returns

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. No cash value.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
