Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The FluffnCo Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by promoting FluffnCo products using a unique affiliate link, tracking link, or discount code.

Participation is by approval only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

2. Affiliate Approval

FluffnCo may approve, reject, pause, or remove affiliates at any time. We review applications based on brand fit, content quality, audience relevance, and promotional intent.

• Pet creators, dog moms, cat parents, bloggers, influencers, groomers, walkers, rescue pages, and happy customers are welcome to apply.
• Affiliates must provide accurate information during application and account setup.
• Affiliates may not impersonate FluffnCo, its employees, or official brand accounts.

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates, bonus tiers, and payout rules may change with notice.

4. Qualified Commissions

Commissions are earned only on valid, completed, and approved customer purchases tracked through the affiliate’s assigned link or discount code.

• Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, duplicate, or test orders are not eligible for commission.
• Commissions may be reversed if an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or flagged as suspicious.
• FluffnCo is not responsible for lost commissions due to broken links, incorrect code usage, tracking limitations, browser privacy settings, or customer error.

5. Prohibited Activity

To keep the program fair and protect the FluffnCo brand, affiliates may not:

• Place fake, fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referral orders.
• Use their own affiliate link or code for personal purchases unless FluffnCo gives written permission.
• Post affiliate codes on coupon, deal, discount scraping, or cashback websites without written approval.
• Run paid ads bidding on FluffnCo, FluffnCo misspellings, product names, or brand-related keywords without written approval.
• Create websites, pages, usernames, handles, or ads that appear to be official FluffnCo accounts.
• Use misleading claims, false discounts, fake scarcity, fake reviews, or unauthorized product claims.
• Send spam emails, unsolicited messages, mass DMs, or use bots to promote FluffnCo.
• Promote FluffnCo alongside hateful, explicit, illegal, discriminatory, violent, or harmful content.

6. Brand & Content Guidelines

Affiliates should represent FluffnCo in a friendly, honest, pet-loving way. You may use approved brand assets, product photos, links, and promotional copy provided by FluffnCo.

• Do not alter FluffnCo logos, product designs, product images, or artwork in a misleading way.
• Do not claim to be an employee, owner, official spokesperson, or exclusive representative of FluffnCo.
• Do not make unsupported claims about product materials, certifications, health benefits, or performance.
• All promotions must be truthful and based on current product information.

7. FTC Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with FluffnCo when sharing affiliate links, discount codes, gifted products, sponsored content, or commission-based promotions.

Acceptable examples include:

• “I may earn a commission if you shop through my link.”
• “Affiliate link”
• “Commissionable link”
• “Ad” or “Sponsored,” when applicable

Disclosures must be easy to see and understand. They should not be hidden in hashtags, buried at the bottom of captions, or placed only on a separate page.

8. Discount Codes & Promotions

Affiliates may only share their assigned FluffnCo discount code or approved promotions. Affiliates may not create fake offers, expired deals, or unauthorized discounts.

• Discount codes may be changed, paused, or removed at any time.
• Affiliate codes may not be combined with certain promotions unless allowed by FluffnCo.
• FluffnCo may reject commissions tied to unauthorized coupon sharing or abuse.

9. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid according to the program payout schedule. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

• Payments may be delayed if payout details are missing, incorrect, or under review.
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or fees related to affiliate earnings.
• FluffnCo may withhold or reverse commissions connected to suspicious activity or policy violations.

10. Product Gifting

Free products are not guaranteed. FluffnCo may offer gifted products, early access, or campaign opportunities to selected affiliates at its discretion.

Receiving a gifted product does not guarantee future gifts, paid collaborations, or continued affiliate approval.

11. Program Changes & Termination

FluffnCo may update, pause, or end the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates may also leave the program at any time by contacting FluffnCo.

FluffnCo may remove an affiliate from the program for policy violations, inactivity, fraud concerns, brand misrepresentation, or any conduct that may harm the brand or customers.
