Returns & Our Fit Promise
Every FluffnCo set is made to order — printed just for you the moment you order. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we can't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. Your human and pet hoodies are made by different partners and ship in separate packages.
That said, we stand fully behind how your set is made. Here's what's covered:
✓ If it's our mistake — free remake
If your hoodie arrives misprinted, damaged, or more than an inch (3 cm) off the measurements on our size chart for the size you ordered, that's on us. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake it free.
If you ordered the wrong size — discounted reprint
If the hoodie matches our size chart but isn't the fit you hoped for, we can't take it back — it was made just for you — but we'll offer a discounted reprint in the size you need within 7 days of delivery. Checking the Size & Fit Guide before ordering helps you get it right the first time.
How to start a claim
Email support@fluffnco.fun within 7 days of delivery with your order number — and for a remake, a clear photo of the issue. We'll take it from there.
