Because all FluffnCo pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color preference.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides before placing your order:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may already be in progress, and we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order items
- Personalized or custom items
- Final sale items
- Items returned due to incorrect sizing or color choice
Important Information
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size charts before ordering
- Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting
- Minor print placement or production variations may occur due to the made-to-order process
