Worldwide! Every order ships with tracking, and duties are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when it arrives.

It depends on the set. Our Christmas adult and pet hoodies are made by the same partner and usually arrive together. Other pieces, including kids hoodies, are made by a different partner and ship separately, each with its own tracking number — so don't panic if one box arrives before the other. They're all on the way.

Every piece is made to order, then shipped with tracking. Delivery to the U.S. and Canada takes 7–18 business days from the day you order for cotton hoodies, cotton tees and kids hoodies. Christmas and all-over-print hoodies, pet hoodies, pet bandanas, nursery hoodies and kids lounge sets take 9–15 business days in total, including 3–5 days to make. International orders take 15–25 business days.

Ordering for Christmas? Order by November 23rd in the U.S. and Canada, or November 16th internationally, for delivery before Christmas. The holiday rush and bad weather can add a few days, so earlier is always safer.

We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can follow it anytime on our Track My Order page using your order number and email.

Since every piece is made to order, tracking only appears once it's been made and handed to the carrier, so the page may look empty for the first few days. Some pieces travel from our production partners overseas, and detailed tracking often only starts updating once your parcel reaches your country. Both are normal.

Parcels sometimes go quiet while they're passing between carriers, and the updates usually catch up. If your tracking hasn't changed in 14 business days, or your order is well past its delivery window, email us at hello@fluffnco.fun with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier, and if it's lost, we'll send a free reprint or give you store credit — your choice.

Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a little early. Give it up to 3 days, then check around your door, mailroom and with neighbours, and contact the carrier. Still missing? Email us at hello@fluffnco.fun within 7 days of the delivered scan with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and do our best to make it right.

Yes! In the U.S. and Canada, orders over $49.99 USD ship free, and during our Christmas early-bird sale, until December 1st, the minimum is even lower: $44.99 USD. Below that, flat-rate shipping is $6 USD within the U.S. and $8 USD to Canada. Internationally, orders over $75 USD ship free, and flat-rate shipping is $10 USD below that. You'll see the converted amount in your currency at checkout.

We design every set so the human, pet and kids colorways coordinate closely. Since each piece is made to order on different fabrics, expect a close match rather than a pixel-perfect one. The texture can differ a little too: our Christmas adult and pet hoodies have a soft, subtle sheen, while our kids pieces, cotton hoodies and tees have a matte finish. Colors can also look a little different on your screen than in person.

Because every piece is made fresh for your order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a size picked at checkout. Not sure which size to choose? Message us your measurements before you order and we'll help you pick.

Need to change a size? Email us within 6 hours of ordering and we can change the size before it's made. Our Size & Fit Guide, or a quick message with your measurements, helps you get it right the first time.

If your order arrives damaged, with a printing error, or isn't the design or size you ordered, that's on us. Message us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right, free of charge — a reprint or store credit, your choice. See our Returns & Quality Guarantee page for the full details.

Since every piece is made specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind — once it's in production, it's yours. Our 30-day Quality Guarantee covers damage, printing errors and wrong items.

We generally reply within 24 hours on business days and will walk you through next steps.

Email us within 6 hours of ordering and we'll update it before your order goes into production. After that, we can't redirect it, and orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout aren't covered by our Quality Guarantee.

100% cotton, pre-washed for instant softness, in a mid-weight fabric that's cozy for spring, fall, and layering in winter. It has a straight, classic unisex fit (not oversized), a drawstring hood, and a front pocket. It holds its shape season after season and gets softer with every wash. Every design is printed to order just for you — nothing is pre-printed or mass-produced ahead of time. Sizes run S to 5XL.

100% polyester with an all-over print, elastic cuffs, and a leash hole — no drawstring. It usually ships together with our Christmas adult hoodies, and separately (with its own tracking) when paired with other pieces.

Soft, double-layer polyester twill, printed on both sides — usually a joke on one side and a pattern on the other, so you can flip it to suit the day. A clip buckle slides right over your pet's collar, and the adjustable strap has reflective stitching. Sizes L, XL and XXL fit necks from 11.8" (30 cm) up; they aren't made for toy breeds or very small pets. Machine washable.

Our Christmas family-set hoodies for you and your pet are 100% polyester with a sublimated all-over print, so the design won't crack or peel. Polyester has a soft, subtle natural sheen, and it's also what keeps the colors bright and vivid wash after wash. The adult hoodie is soft and stretchy, with a standard, relaxed fit, a black drawstring hood, a kangaroo pocket, and elastic cuffs and hem. They're made to order by our all-over-print partner, and the adult and pet hoodies usually ship together.

Kids hoodies are a soft, stretchy polyester with a hood and a front pocket. Kids lounge sets are a soft, stretchy 95% polyester / 5% spandex with a long sleeve top and elastic-waist pants. Both have an all-over print. Kids hoodies are made by a separate partner and ship on their own with their own tracking. Check the Kids Size Guide before ordering.

100% soft cotton, pre-washed so it feels broken-in from day one. It's a lightweight tee with a regular, straight unisex fit and a classic crew neck — not too tight, not too baggy. It holds its shape wash after wash and gets softer over time. Sizes run S to 5XL; check the Size & Fit Guide for exact measurements.

Yes — checkout runs on Shopify's secure SSL-encrypted system, and we accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Your confirmation usually arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us at hello@fluffnco.fun with the name and email you ordered with, and we'll confirm your order and resend it.

Yes, within 6 hours of ordering. Email us at hello@fluffnco.fun to change a size, design, color or address, or to cancel. After that, your order is in production and we can't change it — so this is the best time to catch a sizing mistake.

Sale and early-bird prices apply only to orders placed during the sale period. Our Christmas early-bird pricing runs October 11th to December 1st, 2026. We can't apply sale prices to orders placed before or after a sale, or refund the difference.
