We design every set so the human and pet colorways coordinate closely. Since each piece is made to order on different fabrics, expect a close match rather than a pixel-perfect one.

Because every piece is made fresh for your order, we're not able to offer exchanges or reprints for the wrong size selected at checkout. That's exactly why we're happy to help you nail it beforehand — check our Size & Fit Guide or message us your measurements first, and we'll help you get it right the first time.

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, that's on us. Message us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right, free of charge — a reprint or store credit, whichever works best for your situation.

Since every piece is made specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size selected at checkout — once it's in production, it's yours. Our Quality Guarantee covers damage and printing errors, and we'll always make those right.
