Returns, Refunds & Our Fit Promise

Every FluffnCo set is made to order — each hoodie is printed just for you and your pet after you order. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for the wrong size chosen. Please use our Size & Fit Guide and measure before ordering, and email support@fluffnco.fun if you'd like help choosing.

Our Fit Promise. We stand behind our size charts. If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or more than an inch (3cm) off the measurements listed for the size you ordered, we'll remake it free. Made-to-order apparel can vary by about an inch (3cm), which is normal and not considered a defect. If the size you chose doesn't fit, we'll help with a discounted reprint in the correct size.

How to make a claim. Within 7 days of delivery, email support@fluffnco.fun with your order number and a clear photo (for sizing, include a photo of the item measured flat against a tape).

Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.

Refunds. As every item is made to order, refunds are limited to cases where we're unable to remake or fulfill your order, in which case we'll refund your original payment method.
